Shipping policy

When poly mailer is selected Lots of Love Bowtique is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Damage has been very rare with the poly mailers, but we don't have control over what happens in transit to you. 

If you live farther away and worry about damage be sure to select the small box option. 

If damage occurs to the contents of a box during shipping Lots of love bowtique is willing to work with the customer to make things right.
